🌑 January’s Moon: Capricorn · Pre-Imbolc
Sunday 18th January marks the first new moon of 2026, sitting in grounded, long-view Capricorn and arriving just before Imbolc: the quiet turning point where winter begins to soften and the first stirrings of spring awaken beneath the surface.
This evening centres around:
Gentle reflection
Setting clear and meaningful intentions
Releasing what no longer supports you
Reconnecting with your inner wisdom during deep winter’s stillness
This is a simple beginner-friendly ritual and rooted in nature.
You can expect:
Multiple rounds in the wood-fired sauna

Breathwork and grounding practices
Light ritual elements such as intention writing, candlelight, and a gentle cleansing moment
Time to sit, listen inward and honour your next chapter
You are welcome to bring a journal, a pen and any small ritual objects that support you (such as crystals). The space will be peaceful, held and undisturbed.
