A monthly ceremonial sauna ritual combining the Earths seasonal elements, herbs and essential oils to support the whole mind/body at the Somewhere Sauna, Bantham.

• Coco, a Devon trained herbalist and yoga teacher, uses her wisdom to guide you through four 15-minute rounds of herbal treatments, aromatherapy steams and rituals to calm, soothe and renew.

• Cocos rituals support each seasonal element (Earth, fire, air, water) complemented by monthly seasonal herbs, scrubs, packs, wellness treats and essential oils. She weaves in how her experience of coming home has been deeply guided by nature. Throughout this session you will be guided to listen to your body whilst being held by the heat of the steam.

• Receive nourishment, grounding, simplicity, presence, peace, joy, wellbeing and relaxation 

• Rituals such as stimulation of the lymphatic system, regulation of the nervous system, gathering around the sauna fire as a community, exfoliation /cleansing of mind/body/spirit, hot cold contrast, grounding and opening with essential oils, self massage and more.
